ACE's aggregate Bottom Hoppers provide lightweight, yet rugged construction which translates into extra payload. In addition, high strength aggregate Bottom Hoppers can accommodate loads up to 22.6 cubic yards of sand, gravel or a combination of both. Unloading time takes only seconds due to the continuous slope towards the air-actuated discharge gates which are opened simultaneously by two 6" bore air cylinders. Also, spreader chains can be easily adjusted to control width of the windrow desired. Removable bang boards are standard to protect the top rails while trailers are being loaded.
